Hi, I’m Aldrin Salazar.
I build software that makes complicated workflows easier to manage.
I’m a software engineer with around 8 years of experience, mostly working with TypeScript, Node.js, Vue, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
I’m always happy to hear about software engineering roles where I can stay close to the product, solve useful problems, and work with people who care about building things well.
What I do.
A lot of my work has been focused on the backend: building APIs, integrations, event-driven systems, document generation, and internal tools. I’ve spent a good part of my career in fintech, where reliability, accuracy, and the small details are fundamental.
What I enjoy most is taking a process that’s slow, repetitive, or unnecessarily complicated and figuring out how software can make it better. Sometimes that means designing a new service. Sometimes it means cleaning up an existing system. And sometimes it’s just removing a few annoying steps from someone’s day.

Lets AI agents ask people outside the chat for answers or approvals by link. People answer on their phone with no sign-up, and the agent gets validated JSON back through an MCP server or a REST API.
GuiaMaker
A marketplace where university students in Argentina recommend service providers and trade used gear. A Vue 3 app on Cloudflare Workers, with an AI assistant that helps moderate the review queue.
DBeaver MCP
A DBeaver plugin that runs an MCP server inside the app, so AI clients can browse schemas and run queries through the connections you already have, with per-connection access and read-only protection.
mcp-mesh
A self-hosted MCP gateway that brings the MCP servers on all your machines into one hub, with approval-based pairing, per-key access control, tool-change review, and an audit log.
