Scheduled execution timing is best-effort, not guaranteed to the exact minute.

7. CalDAV overwrite warning

If you use CalDAV replicate/overwrite mode, the App may delete and re-upload remote event resources in the target collection to match the generated dataset.

You accept responsibility for this behavior and should test on non-production collections, maintain remote backups, and verify collection URLs before enabling profiles.

8. No hosted sync service

The publisher does not provide a managed sync backend for this App. Data transfer occurs from your device directly to endpoints you configure. Any third-party server you use is governed by that third party's terms and privacy policy.

The App includes open-source software under their respective licenses. Use of those components is subject to applicable license terms.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, calendar content, business interruption, or server-side data loss resulting from configuration or use of the App.
